JEET stands behind its Services by offering purchasers; If the Customer leaves the Event before it completes, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of ticket related payments except as provided for by the ticket charge policy of Events. Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made as per the sources of debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require JEET to refund the ticket charges (or part thereof) unless such ticket charges (or part thereof) have previously been paid.
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, phone number, and credit card information. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
To receive this refund, you must provide JEET with a signed letter stating your reason for dissatisfaction and return all unused portions of the service/product, as well as the container. Thereafter you must provide a statement that you have received a full refund. This Guarantee applies to Customers only.
In no event will JEET be liable for any direct, indirect,
consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use of or
inability to use JEET, even where JEET has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions may restrict or
not allow the limitation of liability for consequential damages,
so the above limitation may be limited. If you do not receive a
complete refund within thirty (30)days of your written request,

software used on the Site, is the property JEET or its suppliers
and protected by copyright and other laws that protect
intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe

notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such
content and will not make any changes thereto.
You agree to not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer,
participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or
in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found
on the Site. JEET content is not for resale. Your use of the Site
does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected
content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any
proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will
use protected content solely for your personal use, and will make
no other use of the content without the express written permission
of JEET and the content owner (if other than JEET). You agree that
you do not own nor acquire by use of the site any ownership rights
in any protected content. We do not grant you any licenses,

You may be able to connect your JEET account to third party
accounts (such as those for social media websites). By connecting
your JEET account to your third party account, you acknowledge and
agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of
information about you to others (in accordance with your privacy
settings on those third party sites). If you do not want
information about you to be shared in this manner, do not use this
feature.
The Site is controlled, operated and administered by JEET from our offices within the India. If you access the Site from a location outside the India, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use the content accessed through the Site in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless JEET, its officers, Directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or any related services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any Terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. JEET reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with JEET in asserting any available defences.
THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE
THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS.
CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. JEET
AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES TO THE
SITE AT ANY TIME. JEET AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO

SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE SITE FOR ANY
PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL
SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE
PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. JEET
AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS
WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, SERVICES AND RELATED
GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT
SHALL JEET AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT,
INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR
ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR
LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY
CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SITE, WITH THE DELAY
OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF
OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE,
SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE, OR
OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON
